What is it that we look for when we are looking for a leader? There are many different qualities of leadership, but the one referenced in 1 Peter is one of the most important. Following someone who you know genuinely cares for you, brings reassurance that is invaluable, and Jesus is the best example of what it takes to be a good leader. We are living in a time when people are looking for good, strong leadership and this is a great time for us to “step up our game” to be an example.
