Set Up Team

Our set up team is critically important to ensuring that our Halloween Drive Thru helps our people put LOVE ON DISPLAY.  They help set up an environment that is inviting, festive, fun and ultimately helps people connect and build relationships
  • When does team go:  12:00 PM, Sat., 10/31
  • Who does team report to: Pastor Robert Jenkins
  • What does this team do:  Set up tables, shade canopies, puts out supplies, sets out decorations.
  • What does this team wear: Non-scary costume for event, face mask

Drive thru team

Our drive-thru team is critically important to ensuring that our Halloween Drive-Thru moves people through our attraction safely.
  • When does the team go: 5:00 PM, Sat., 10/31
  • Who does team report to: Pastor Robert Jenkins & Wes Bursh.
  • What does this team do:  Sets up parking lot cones, moves cars through the drive thru course safely.
  • What does this team wear: Non-scary costume for event, face mask, parking lot vest, and flashlight.

Trunk or Treat Team

Our Trunk or Treat Team is the main attraction for our Halloween Drive Thru event!  You are encouraged to decorate your car/truck/trunk in a fun festive way.  Please not scary.  Candy will be given by a scoop (provided).

  • Who does team report to: Kailin Roesch
  • What does this team do:  Purchases candy for distribution.  Decorates car/truck/trunk in a festive way.  Has fun!

Tear down team

Our Tear Down Team ensures that our beautiful church campus goes back to its original environment and meets our first impression standards.
  • When does the team go:  8:30 PM Sat., 10/31
  • Who does this team report to: Pastor Robert Jenkins
  • What does this team do:  Puts away tables, supplies, décor, and throws out trash.
  • What does this team wear: Non-scary costume for event, face mask.

Connection Point Team

We want to build an easy ramp for families to get plugged in at MVCC!  Our Connection Point Team is focused on connecting with families at the event, inviting them to Sunday service, AND connecting with them the following Sunday.
  • When does the team go:  5:00 PM Sat., 10/31
  • Who does this team report to: Pastor Robert Jenkins
  • What does this team do:  Makes connections with families by engaging conversation, remembering names, inviting to Sunday service, and meeting them at Connection Point for Sunday service.
