Royal family kids camp
In 1985, an assistant pastor named Wayne Tesch and his wife, Diane, saw a need to provide hope to local foster children in Costa Mesa, California. They created a week-long summer camp held in the mountains, the “cathedral of the outdoors,” in order to create moments that matter for foster children ages 6-12.
In terms of finances. Our goals for the RFKC-MV camp are:
Provide a free (after $15 registration fee) 5 day, Royal Family summer camp experience for foster children in south Orange county and surrounding areas.
Provide a scholarship fund to assist foster families in using existing summer and after school programs offered through MVCC and Mission Hills Churches and our partner outreach ministries.
The total budget for the 2017 camp requires an average of $1,500 per camper. Any assistance that you wish to give toward this will be greatly appreciated and responsibly used.
