A professed commitment to Jesus Christ that is demonstrated through Christian growth and is a model of spiritual leadership and lifestyle. 

A commitment to supporting the programs and ministry in general through church membership, consistent attendance, and involvement in Children’s Ministry programming.

A teachable spirit exemplified by a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and faithful attendance at training events and meetings.

A desire to serve as a contributing member of a dynamic team, praying regularly for the other members of your team, the children and the MVCC staff.

A commitment to excellence exemplified by being in your area of ministry a minimum of fifteen minutes prior to the beginning of your class time, ready to greet the children and adequately prepared to serve.
