Night of Giving 

There is a ministry at MVCC called SPIN (Serving People In Need), and this Christmas that ministry has decorated a tree at MVCC which holds name tags of individuals and gift ideas on each tag.  As a person feels lead to participate in this project of giving a person may select a name and purchase a gift for that individual.  So, what does all of this mean to the JH ministry?  We thought we would ask the students to get involved with this project in a small way and encourage each student if they would donate $2 on Thursday night the 14^th towards the “giving tree” project with SPIN this Christmas.  We will then take what has been donated and select names off the tree and…start the giving.

Of course, a student is always welcome to help participate in whatever way they can.  If a student would like to donate some time to help wrap the gifts (we are working to set that up for the following Thursday night) we would love the help.
