Are you ready for an exciting adventure? Mark your calendar for Summer Fest (formerly known as VBS), July 14-18, 9am-12pm. Our theme this year is Power Lab: Discovering Jesus' Miraculous Powers. Each day your child will participate in Sonic Sing and Play, Wacky Works Crafts and Missions, Test Tube Treats, Spotlight Drama, Bible Blast, Hyperspeed Games, Lab Crew Groups, and the Faith Fusion Finale. We are so excited to share this week with your child! Your child will be swept into a memorable science experience as they learn from interactive Bible teaching; build new friendships; and experience a huge taste of God's unconditional love. Parents, you'll be rewarded as you see your children respond to words of affirmation; connect with the gospel message through interactive teaching; and understand that they are able to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. It's going to be a week to remember and we don't want you children to miss out!

Day 1:
Bible story: Jesus heals 10 lepers. (Luke 17:11-19)
Bible point: Jesus gives us the power to be thankful.
Power Verse: "Always be thankful." (Colossians 3:15)
Day 2:
Bible story: Jesus gives sight to a blind man. (John 9:1-41)
Bible point: Jesus gives us the power to help others.
Power verse: "When God's people are in need, be ready to help them." (Romans 12:13)
Day 3:
Bible story: Jesus gives Peter courage to walk on water. (Matthew 14:22-33)
Bible point: Jesus gives us the power to be brave.
Power verse: "I will not be afraid, for you are close beside me." (Psalm 23:4)
Day 4:
Bible story: Jesus dies and comes back to life. (Luke 23:26-24:53)
Bible point: Jesus gives us the power to live forever.
Power verse: "Since I live, you also will live." (John 14:19)
Day 5:
Bible story: The Holy Spirit comes at Pentecost. (Acts 2:1-47)
Bible point: Jesus gives us the power to tell others about God.
Power verse: "Go into all the world and preach the Good News to everyone." (Mark 16:15)
